You could say the vision behind the Easly Brothers partnership began generations ago, as one family made efforts to impact the environment by actively seeking ways to reuse resources. What began as a great-grandfather's foresight has culminated into Easly Brothers LLC, an organization devoted to challenging the private and public sector to take the first step in bringing sustainability into everyday business practices. The goal is to reach beyond; to impact not only the commercial sector, but to affect change in the residential and personal realms as well.
Easly Brothers believes in moving forward, in leading by example. Gandhi once said, "we must become the change we wish to see." This idea in its simplicity is the heart of Easly Brothers - to not only challenge and instruct others in how to move toward sustainability efforts, but to be accountable by living and acting in a sustainability-supporting way themselves.
Easly Brothers LLC came about through an ironic circumstance of two siblings driving through the picturesque and lush Yellowstone National Park reserve...both enjoying the scenery, but one choking on the fumes of the truck in front of him. This initial experience led to the idea of utilizing BioDiesel, a form of fuel that does not emit harsh odors and benefits the environment by reusing what other people view as junk or waste. The Easly brothers had worked together previously in land and property development, but with different career paths it would take something big to get them back together - and that big thing ended with Easly Brothers LLC, a firm dedicated to making sustainability a present and real topic in today's marketplace of ideas, development and growth.
Easly Brothers is an Oregon Corporation whose mission is to promote and invest in sustainable business opportunities, challenging the private sector and public to think about sustainable options whenever possible. We believe that sustainability and profit can be used in the same sentence and we are willing to invest to ensure a greener Oregon. Our corporation is taking the green step and encouraging everyone who strives to move in this direction. We feel strongly that if you want to see change in the world, start with yourself. Oregon is worth it, the Earth is worth it, we are too.
